What you’ll do:
⭐ Provide general administrative support to the Executive Assistant and CEO
⭐ Manage calls, greet visitors, and oversee office supplies and organisation
⭐ Support credit card expense reconciliation, invoice prep, CRM input and mail distribution
⭐ Coordinate travel bookings, visas, itineraries and maintain related logs
⭐ Support IT and facilities coordination, including liaison with contractors and service providers
⭐ Maintain travel costs and assist with health and safety oversight
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
⭐ Excellent communication and admin experience
⭐ Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems
⭐ Ability to multi-task, prioritise and maintain professionalism
