What you’ll do:
⭐ Support and manage formal HR casework (e.g. performance, conduct) using standardised templates and processes
⭐ Carry out job evaluations and maintain result records
⭐ Assist with organisational change projects – planning, data handling, consultation meetings
⭐ Maintain accurate records in line with quality assurance standards
⭐ Deliver training to managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
⭐ Support projects, data compliance, and internal audit activity
What you’ll need:
⭐ HR experience and strong understanding of best practice and policy
⭐ CIPD Level 3 or willingness to study
⭐ Excellent written communication, organisation and time management
⭐ Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, professional attitude
⭐ Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ability to interpret HR data
