An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead and develop the HR function at a growing, people-focused fund services firm. This varied and impactful role involves managing day-to-day operations, driving strategic HR initiatives, and supporting a collaborative and high-performing team.
What you’ll do:
⭐ Oversee daily HR operations, team workload, performance, and development
⭐ Provide expert advice and business partnering across the organisation
⭐ Lead on change management, employee relations, and wellbeing initiatives
⭐ Deliver key annual processes including performance reviews, reward, payroll, and L&D
⭐ Update policies in line with legislation and provide staff training
⭐ Drive recruitment strategy, support interviews and oversee onboarding
What you’ll need:
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in a senior or supervisory HR role
⭐ CIPD Level 3+ (or working towards) preferred
⭐ Strong HR knowledge, team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
⭐ High level of discretion, attention to detail, and a proactive, organised mindset
⭐ Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
