Join a growing, collaborative team and gain hands-on experience supporting real estate and private equity fund clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year’s experience who is keen to develop their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

⭐ Support a portfolio of funds with day-to-day administration

⭐ Maintain statutory records and internal trackers

⭐ Help prepare payments, capital calls, distributions, and board packs

⭐ Assist with new client onboarding, billing and regulatory submissions

⭐ Coordinate and attend board meetings; take minutes to a high standard

⭐ Ensure timely execution of documents and agreements

What you’ll need:

⭐ Minimum 1 year’s relevant administration experience

⭐ A-levels or equivalent; degree preferred

⭐ Working towards or willing to study CGI (ICSA) qualification

⭐ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

⭐ Clear communicator and team player with a proactive mindset
