This role focuses on client and broker communication, tracking outstanding information, and supporting efficient, compliant operations.
Key responsibilities:
⭐ Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients and brokers across phone, email, and virtual channels
⭐ Chase outstanding AML information and documentation, escalating where required
⭐ Track and update the status of requests within internal systems
⭐ Maintain accurate records of correspondence and outstanding items
⭐ Work closely with AML and operational teams to support reviews and onboarding
What you’ll need:
⭐ Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
⭐ Excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
⭐ Confident communicator with a professional, client-focused approach
⭐ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
⭐ Comfortable using MS Office; CRM or workflow system experience is a plus
