About the team

You'll join our Finance team in Ireland—a small, dynamic and highly collaborative group with a flat structure and broad exposure across the business. The team partners closely with the Ireland business, the Central Bank of Ireland and our Group Prudential Reporting function.

My Impact

As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you'll take on a senior, hands-on role overseeing prudential and statistical reporting while providing subject matter expertise across the business.

You will:

• Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and returns.
• Provide subject matter regulatory expertise to support the firm's strategic objectives.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of ICAAP and the recovery plan.
• Conduct regulatory horizon scanning.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Monitor control frameworks and implement enhancements.

What do I need to bring?

I am good at:

• Minimum five years' experience in regulatory reporting in a banking entity.
• COREP understanding and previous exposure.
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for Irish credit institutions, including Basel III/IV.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Managing tight reporting deadlines.
• Driving change and process improvement.
• Stakeholder management across senior levels.

Qualifications:

• Relevant third‑level degree.
