About the team You'll join our Finance team in Ireland—a small, dynamic and highly collaborative group with a flat structure and broad exposure across the business. The team partners closely with the Ireland business, the Central Bank of Ireland and our Group Prudential Reporting function. My Impact As a Regulatory Reporting Specialist, you'll take on a senior, hands-on role overseeing prudential and statistical reporting while providing subject matter expertise across the business. You will: Support the preparation and submission of regulatory reports and returns. Provide subject matter regulatory expertise to support the firm's strategic objectives. Contribute to the design and delivery of ICAAP and the recovery plan. Conduct regulatory horizon scanning. Liaise with regulatory authorities. Monitor control frameworks and implement enhancements. What do I need to bring? I am good at: Minimum five years' experience in regulatory reporting in a banking entity. COREP understanding and previous exposure. Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for Irish credit institutions, including Basel III/IV. Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Managing tight reporting deadlines. Driving change and process improvement. Stakeholder management across senior levels. Qualifications: Relevant third‑level degree. What's in it for me?
