Key responsibilities:
⭐ Process payroll adjustments and manage employee benefit enrolments and queries
⭐ Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports
⭐ Support compliance with employment, immigration, and population regulations
⭐ Provide administrative support across the People & Culture team
⭐ Prepare contracts, letters, and documentation as part of the employee lifecycle
What you’ll need:
⭐ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
⭐ HR system proficiency and data accuracy
⭐ Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
⭐ Familiarity with employment legislation and HR compliance
⭐ Strong communication and confidentiality skills
⭐ CIPD Level 3 or equivalent desirable
