An exciting opportunity for an HR professional at a large prominent commercial organisation.
This role is central to managing payroll adjustments, benefits administration, HR data management and reporting, ensuring compliance with employment and legal requirements, and providing administrative support to the People Officer, Talent Officer, and Head of People and Culture.

Candidates should be proficient in HR software and systems, with strong knowledge of payroll processing and benefits administration. They should have a solid understanding of employment law, immigration regulations, and compliance requirements, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity is essential. A CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent is desirable.
