We are looking for an Administrative Support Officer to join our prestigious property team in Guernsey. The principal purpose of this role is to assist the Property Team by providing administrative support to the fee earners. Key duties include: Clerical duties such as photocopying, binding, printing and filing Organising client correspondence as requested Assisting in the preparation of legal bundles File management and archiving, ensuring all matter opening data is captured Assisting with conflict checks Other ad-hoc duties as required Expense claims Booking meeting rooms, equipment and catering Arranging conference calls Answering telephones The successful candidate must have good standard of education generally, proficiency with MS Office applications and typing speeds and accuracy.
