Key responsibilities
⭐ Manage recruitment lifecycle from attraction to onboarding across service lines
⭐ Develop and deliver recruitment campaigns and attend careers events
⭐ Prepare job specs, advertise roles, and pre-screen candidates
⭐ Arrange interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate offers
⭐ Monitor recruitment budgets and manage recruitment-related reporting
What you’ll need
⭐ 3+ years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
⭐ REC and/or CIPD qualification (or working towards)
⭐ Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate sourcing
⭐ Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR data management
