The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the company and its clients with an efficient service, accurately processing crew payrolls, and carrying out HR-related activities. You will be expected to respond to email and telephone correspondence in a timely manner, liaise with relevant authorities as required, and remain up to date with seafarer employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

The successful applicant should be proficient in the use of business IT systems and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
