Act as the primary day-to-day contact for crew employment and payroll matters across an allocated portfolio of yachts, working closely with yacht owners, captains, and crew in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Manage crew contracts and payroll from onboarding to termination
⭐ Administer payroll and social security obligations
⭐ Maintain accurate crew records, certification, and documentation
⭐ Liaise regularly with owners, captains, and crew on employment matters
⭐ Monitor certification, insurance, and regulatory compliance
What You’ll Need:
⭐ A-Level education or above
⭐ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
⭐ Confidence working to deadlines in a fast-moving environment
⭐ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
⭐ Yachting experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
