Description of role and key responsibilities:
| The Static Data Analyst will play a key role in the creation, review, maintenance, and remediation of static/reference data across client and trading domains. The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality data standards<br><br>Specific areas of responsibility include:<br><br>· Setting up Security details/loading for Bonds & Equities<br><br>· Processing ISIN Amendments<br><br>· Creating Collateral Accounts<br><br>· Creating and maintaining Legal Entities<br><br>· Cross referencing data across downstream systems<br><br>· Updating all relevant data attributes, including LEI and Direct Debit limits.<br><br>· Collaborating with subject matter experts across business, technology, and operations to resolve data quality issues.<br><br>· Ensuring data accuracy and completeness across multiple data sources.<br><br><br>| · Managing reference data queries and performing root cause analysis, ensuring remediation at source.<br><br>· Reviewing and helping to re-design processes to enhance operational efficiency. |<br>| --- |<br><br><br>Executing legacy data clean‑up initiatives in a structured and controlled manner.<br><br> |

Core skills and knowledge :
| · Understanding of UK Companies House and UK/overseas company registrations.<br><br>Experience of 7-10 yrs into Static Data/Referential Data<br><br>· Understanding of risk, as well as knowledge of business processes, systems and reporting requirements.<br><br>· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).<br><br>· Solid understanding of client and transaction reference data.<br><br>· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data capture.<br><br>· Skilled in managing and manipulating complex datasets with accuracy and efficiency.<br><br>· Professional, service‑oriented approach to stakeholder interaction.<br><br>· Bloomberg experience.<br><br>· Regulatory knowledge relevant to the role (mandatory). |
