You’ll work closely with yacht owners, managers, and crew, ensuring employment and payroll processes meet maritime standards while providing expert guidance across a range of HR and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

⭐ Oversee crew employment and compliance for yacht clients

⭐ Advise on seafarer contracts, policies, and HR procedures

⭐ Support grievance, leave, and performance matters

⭐ Maintain MLC-compliant HR records and documentation

⭐ Line manage the Crew Compliance Administrator

⭐ Assist with payroll administration as needed

What You’ll Need

⭐ In-depth knowledge of MLC 2006

⭐ Strong HR advisory and administrative experience

⭐ High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

⭐ Confidence working independently and managing workload

⭐ HR qualification or willingness to pursue one
