Key Responsibilities
⭐ Oversee crew employment and compliance for yacht clients
⭐ Advise on seafarer contracts, policies, and HR procedures
⭐ Support grievance, leave, and performance matters
⭐ Maintain MLC-compliant HR records and documentation
⭐ Line manage the Crew Compliance Administrator
⭐ Assist with payroll administration as needed
