The successful applicant will be required to work with, a team of client handlers in order to facilitate administrative tasks in relation to actions agreed by the client manager/director that require implementing on client portfolios. Liaison with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
The Corporate Trustee and Client Relationship Team is responsible for all aspects of trusteeship and administration, including (but not limited to) International Pension Plans, Savings and Gratuity Plans, QROPS and EFRBS, as well as domestic pension arrangements. Additional responsibilities include arranging payments, settling invoices, processing investment switches, collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service, and managing billing and cash collection. Very occasional travel to other offices within the firm may be required.
