As a Junior Underwriter, you’ll support the team across personal and commercial lines, learning the fundamentals of risk assessment, application processing, and client service.
You’ll assist with underwriting tasks, help ensure policies are accurate and compliant, and develop a strong understanding of customer needs while working toward professional growth through structured learning and hands-on experience.
We’re looking for someone with confidence with IT systems and keen to begin a career in insurance. GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are essential for this role.
