We are seeking an experienced and driven Manager for a key leadership role with a well-established fiduciary services provider in Guernsey. This pivotal position involves managing a team, overseeing client portfolios, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll act as a senior point of contact for clients and intermediaries, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to strategic business initiatives. The ideal candidate will hold, or be working towards, a relevant professional qualification (ACCA, STEP, ICSA), and have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience in the fiduciary sector and/or at least ten years’ industry experience.
