This role will involve providing company secretarial services across a varied portfolio, ensuring compliance with governance codes and statutory requirements. You will convene and support board meetings, manage filings with local and international registries, and maintain statutory records. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years’ relevant experience, knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, and hold an ICSA or equivalent qualification.
