Senior Operations Engineer, Cloud Services

As Senior Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for taking the lead in providing operational duties for the hardware and software technologies hosting our client’s cloud services. Duties will include determining root cause resolution of complex technical issues, providing professional consultancy surrounding infrastructure technologies and raising third party support cases. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration role, preferably in a service provider environment and strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, operating systems, storage, virtualization, virtual desktops and security systems.
