Assistant Manager, Compliance Monitoring

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join a thriving global compliance team. This role involves developing and refining regulatory policies, supporting compliance testing, and enhancing procedural controls to ensure alignment with multi-jurisdictional requirements. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of regulated corporate and fiduciary services in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman, and BVI. Candidates should also have comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations across Jersey, Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, and the UK.
