Our client, a renowned fiduciary and fund services firm, is seeking a Director of Fund Administration to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence within their growing Jersey office. This senior role will oversee the fund administration department, ensuring exceptional client service, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with deep technical expertise, proven people management skills, and a strong commercial mindset. A minimum of 10-12 years’ fund administration experience is required with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership capacity. A relevant professional qualification e.g. STEP, TEP, ICSA, ACCA, LLB is also essential.
