Group Financial Controller

Our client is seeking an experienced and ambitious Group Financial Controller to lead and oversee all financial accounting and reporting. The role offers the opportunity to manage a high-performing finance team, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and strengthen financial controls and processes. You will prepare group accounts, support forecasting and budgeting, and act as a key liaison for audits and regulatory submissions. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience, strong IFRS knowledge, and proven leadership skills. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and system proficiency are also essential. This is a hands-on role for a confident professional ready to own financial processes and drive continuous improvement.
