Assistant manager, Audit & Assurance

We’re partnering with a top-tier Audit & Assurance firm in Jersey to recruit an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee a varied portfolio of clients. In this key role, you’ll manage and develop a team of Audit Seniors and Auditors, providing technical guidance and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. You’ll act as Audit Senior on key engagements, oversee WIP, billing and debtors, and contribute to KPIs and operational excellence. We’re seeking a qualified accountant (or equivalent) with proven people management experience and evidence of ongoing professional development.
