Senior IT Consultant

Our client, a global IT firm is seeking an experienced IT Senior Consultant to join their Service Delivery team. This role is critical to deliver the effective and continuous provision of support to a diverse range of clients. You will be responsible for resolving technically challenging, time sensitive, and high priority tickets in accordance with our agreed KPIs and SLAs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex environments and will specialise in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies. A strong understanding of Office 365, Azure, MFA, and Windows Server (including AD, Exchange, and SQL) is required. We welcome applicants who are confident using ticketing systems, firewall management (SonicWall, Ubiquiti), Wi-Fi support, and have a solid grasp of networking fundamentals.
