Paralegal - Corporate

We're seeking an ambitious Corporate Paralegal to join our client’s dynamic, innovation-driven legal team in Jersey. In this role, you’ll support fee-earners across a diverse portfolio of corporate matters spanning Jersey and the British Virgin Islands. You’ll assist with drafting legal documents, managing financials and matter administration, and acting as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent drafting skills, and either prior paralegal experience or relevant legal qualifications. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative, organisation, and commercial awareness are highly valued. A relevant Legal academic qualification (LLB/SQE/GDL/LPC) is required for this role.
