People & Culture Officer

This individual will play a crucial role in shaping company culture, supporting the employee lifecycle, recruitment process and driving organisational development initiatives that align with their values and business objectives. The chosen applicant will hold a Level 3 CIPD Certificate, have strong technical knowledge within the people and culture arena and hold a solid understanding of local employment legislation.
