Trust & Pensions Manager

We are currently supporting a leading financial services organisation in their search for an experienced Trust & Pensions Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of international and local pension schemes. This role will manage day-to-day scheme administration while reviewing transactions and ensuring full regulatory compliance. You will liaise with scheme members and professional advisers, providing a high-quality service to a sophisticated client base. The successful candidate will also guide and support a team of administrators, contributing to wider team projects. Strong knowledge of Guernsey fiduciary legislation and experience in trust, pensions or company secretarial administration is essential, together with proven team-management skills.
