Senior Associate, International Trusts and Private Clients

We are currently assisting our client with the appointment of a Senior Associate – International Trusts & Private Clients, based in Guernsey. This position offers significant responsibility across complex non-contentious trust matters, working closely with colleagues in corporate and dispute resolution teams. You will provide high-level legal advice, manage your own portfolio, and support junior fee earners while contributing to wider business development activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong post-qualification experience within trusts, excellent drafting skills and the confidence to engage directly with clients. STEP qualifications or the ambition to pursue them would be advantageous.
