Junior Credit Card Support

Our client is currently seeking a Junior Credit Card Support professional for an exciting entry-level opportunity in their leading financial services organisation. This role supports analysts with credit card application reviews, daily administration, and operational tasks across the team. You will assist customers with digital onboarding, online banking activation, direct debits, and respond to customer enquiries via email and face-to-face interactions. The position also involves supporting system projects, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and working closely with local banking and relationship teams.
