We’re seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Customer Service Advisor to join a leading telecoms provider in Guernsey. This is a full-time, shift-based role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy office or call centre, a passion for putting customers first, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a methodical, organised approach.
