CRM/Senior CRM, Middle East Team

A dynamic and growing fiduciary firm is seeking a new team member to join its Private Wealth team, focusing on high-value clients from the Middle East. This is a client-facing role supporting a varied portfolio of trust and company structures. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Administer trusts, foundations, companies, and philanthropic structures ⭐ Build and maintain strong client and intermediary relationships ⭐ Process new business and support onboarding ⭐ Monitor transactions, payments, and governance obligations ⭐ Provide financial data for accounting and regulatory reporting ⭐ Maintain client records and internal systems What you’ll need: ⭐ 2+ years’ experience in trust and company administration ⭐ STEP, ICSA, or relevant qualification (or studying towards) ⭐ Strong client service and relationship management skills ⭐ Experience with Middle East UHNW clients is a plus Why join? ⭐ Be part of a collaborative, specialist team ⭐ Opportunity to work on complex international structures ⭐ Exposure to bespoke, client-led solutions ⭐ Supportive environment with CPD support
