Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

Our client, a leading multi-jurisdictional financial services group, is seeking a Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join their senior finance team. This hands-on role will own multi-entity statutory reporting, regulatory capital, and liquidity frameworks across Luxembourg, Jersey, Guernsey, and the UK. You will prepare consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statements, manage covenant compliance, and engage with auditors and regulators. ACA/ACCA qualified candidates with strong FRS 102 and Lux GAAP expertise, regulatory modelling experience, and advanced financial modelling skills are encouraged to apply. This autonomous role requires analytical rigour, clear communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
