Claims Handler

Our client, a reputable insurance organisation in Jersey, is seeking a Level 2 Claims Handler to deliver a high-quality, compliant claims service and manage a varied caseload. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide expert guidance to customers while working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong customer focus, attention to detail, and the ability to perform effectively in a busy environment. Candidates should hold GCSEs in Maths and English and be willing to pursue relevant CII qualifications.
