The role holder will monitor and maintain complex in-house systems, primarily in a Windows environment (with some exposure to Linux), administer on-premise and Azure Active Directory and Exchange platforms, provide end user support within Citrix RemotePC and Horizon desktop environments, provide end user desktop support inclusive of the typical applications, i.e. office suite, manage mobile devices (corporate and BYOD) and investigate and resolve performance, access and connectivity issues.
Candidates should have experience in an IT support or service desk role, the ability to work in a fast paced trader environment and confident using 365 Suite, Azure, Cisco, Windows Ops.
Ideally candidates should be graduates who are highly motivated with a passion for technology and enthusiastic about using technology and creative thinking to solve complex problems.
