The purpose of this role is to provide first line people support and coordination across the colleague lifecycle. This role acts as a central point of contact for colleagues delivering timely, accurate, and values led guidance while coordinating people processes end to end.

Working closely with the wider People Team, the HR Coordinator ensures that people activities, data, and compliance are well coordinated, consistently applied, and continuously improved. The role plays a key part in translating policy and process into clear, practical support for the business.

Candidates should have experience in an HR or People role with responsibility for coordinating people processes and providing first line support as well as a solid understanding of core HR processes across the colleague lifecycle.
