The purpose of this role is to oversee the department providing the Company and its clients (Yacht Owners and Captains) with an efficient service to employ crew in compliance with applicable regulations, process crew payrolls accurately, perform HR related activities e.g. issuing employment agreements and related documents, support the bookkeeping team with the preparation of invoices to request funds from the Owner of each yacht at the appropriate time each month, follow up as necessary to ensure there will be sufficient money to pay the crew on the due date. Our ideal candidates should have a substantial relevant experience and be looking to step up to a management role.
