Team Description : To join a broader marketing team but to be 100% dedicated to Bank Funding Group. This marketing role plays an integral part of driving the Investec savings business forward by executing on an already defined strategy focus on increasing interest, awareness, retention and take up of our consumer savings products. Roles & Responsibilities : This role is responsible for the hands-on execution of digital marketing activity to support growth, awareness, engagement and retention of Investec's consumer savings products. The role will work to an agreed marketing strategy, owning the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across communications (email), paid media, social and web channels, ensuring high-quality execution, optimisation and performance tracking. Campaign execution & coordination Execute marketing campaigns from brief through to delivery, working to defined timelines and media schedules. Coordinate activity across digital channels including email, paid media, social and website/mobile app updates to ensure integrated campaign delivery. Manage campaign assets, briefs, approvals and reporting across multiple stakeholders. Work closely with agencies, designers, marketing specialists, product and technology teams to deliver campaigns on time and to standard. Communications Execute engagement plan across various communication channels including the building of workflows. Draft, build, test and distribute marketing emails for acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention campaigns. (DotDigital) Ensure best practice in segmentation, personalisation, subject lines, accessibility and compliance. Monitor email performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and recommend optimisations based on insight. Paid media & social Support the execution of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and other relevant channels. Brief and coordinate creative assets for paid media Monitor campaign performance and work with internal teams or agencies to optimise targeting, creative and spend. Website & digital content Support website content updates aligned to campaign activity, including landing pages and promotional content. Ensure messaging is consistent across channels and aligned to brand, compliance and customer needs. Work with digital and technology teams to ensure content is implemented accurately and effectively. Performance & reporting Track and report on digital campaign performance across channels, using analytics and reporting tools. (Adobe) Analyse results to identify trends, insights and optimisation opportunities. Provide clear performance summaries and recommendations to stakeholders. Core Skills : Experience in a digital or commercial marketing role within a direct-to-consumer environment. Strong hands-on experience executing campaigns across multiple digital channels (email, paid media (PPC, Meta, Google), social and web). Experience using email marketing platforms (DotDigital) Exposure to building engagement workflows within a communications platform. Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing timelines, briefs and multiple stakeholders. Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to inform decisions and optimisation.
