This is a client-facing role responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, supporting Boards and Committees in meeting regulatory and governance obligations, and providing guidance to junior team members. Key responsibilities ⭐ Act as primary contact for an allocated client portfolio ⭐ Attend Board and Committee meetings, prepare packs and draft minutes ⭐ Manage follow-up actions and ongoing governance requirements ⭐ Support development and maintenance of client governance documents ⭐ Lead client onboarding and due diligence processes ⭐ Deliver bespoke governance and company secretarial projects ⭐ Monitor team inbox and respond to client queries ⭐ Provide mentoring and training to junior team members What you’ll need ⭐ Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, including minute writing ⭐ Strong knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements ⭐ Professional qualification (e.g. CGI/STEP or equivalent) ⭐ Highly organised with strong attention to detail ⭐ Professional, discreet and client-focused approach ⭐ Confident managing multiple deadlines Why join? ⭐ Broad exposure to complex governance structures ⭐ Client-facing responsibility and ownership ⭐ Supportive environment
