This role reports to the Associate Director and is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of administrators, overseeing all aspects of trust and company administration, team utilisation and regulatory compliance. You will take ownership of an allocated portfolio of clients, delegate and review work, support training and development within the team, and resolve complex operational or managerial matters in conjunction with the Directors. The role also involves maintaining strong client and intermediary relationships, meeting deadlines, monitoring debtors, contributing to internal process improvements, and providing clear management information to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA) and have at least five years’ experience in the trust industry, with strong technical knowledge of trust and company administration and regulatory requirements. You will demonstrate a proven track record of client service excellence, sound financial awareness, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to meet billing and cash collection targets. Previous management experience is desirable but not essential.
