This role focuses on the accurate and timely processing of dividends, corporate actions, shareholder meetings and related events, ensuring a high standard of service to clients. Key responsibilities ⭐ Process dividends, corporate actions and meeting notifications accurately and within deadlines ⭐ Prepare and issue client communications and instructions ⭐ Liaise with custodians, fund administrators and internal teams ⭐ Reconcile cash and share movements and update internal records ⭐ Monitor positions, entitlements and disclosure requirements ⭐ Investigate and escalate discrepancies where required ⭐ Support team workflows during peak periods What you’ll need ⭐ Strong organisational and time management skills ⭐ Good numerical ability and attention to detail ⭐ Clear written and verbal communication skills ⭐ Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook ⭐ Willingness to learn and develop within securities operations Why apply? ⭐ Join a collaborative operations team ⭐ Exposure to a broad range of securities events ⭐ Opportunity to build technical knowledge in corporate actions ⭐ Supportive environment
