Contract Customer Engineer

Taking on this contract role, the successful candidate will deliver and maintain fibre and copper-based services for residential and business customers. ⭐START: ASAP | END: December 26⭐ What you’ll do: ⭐ Resolve network faults across homes, offices, data centres and business sites ⭐ Install and support leased lines, CPE, cabling and fibre splicing ⭐ Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver services on time ⭐ Provide occasional out-of-hours and on-call support, including outer islands What you’ll need: ⭐ Strong technical aptitude with willingness to learn telecoms technologies ⭐ Good problem-solving, communication and customer service skills ⭐ Ability to work at heights, outdoors and in varied conditions ⭐ Flexible approach, including out-of-hours work and callout rota ⭐ Full Category B driving licence and satisfactory police disclosure
