The role holder will oversee the smooth running of the practice across all non-clinical functions, leading reception and clinical support teams while driving recruitment, onboarding, and staff retention. You’ll take ownership of the client journey, champion service excellence, resolve concerns effectively, and work closely with the CFO to manage budgets, control expenses and deliver on operational and financial targets.
We’re looking for a proven manager or senior administrator (ideally within veterinary or healthcare) with strong people leadership experience across small-to-medium teams. You’ll be financially literate and comfortable reading a P&L, highly organised, calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and confident communicating at all levels.
