In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, proactively manage contracts within budget, and continuously enhance quality and hygiene standards. You’ll also play a key part in recruitment, training, and development, ensuring staff are motivated, well-supported, and safety-conscious. With responsibility for compliance, equipment maintenance, and health & safety, you’ll act as a trusted leader who ensures contracts run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
