This role will support the growing operational and administrative needs of the department and will involve managing a range of fund administration responsibilities, including reviewing shareholder CDD and account opening documentation, processing shareholder deals and trade instructions, preparing and reviewing periodic fund valuations using the AcuFund system, and assisting with regulatory reporting and administration reports for board packs.
The successful candidate will have at least three years’ relevant experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines. They will also be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a busy and evolving team environment.
