Our client, a well-established and growing global professional services organisation, is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Guernsey. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted partner to managers and employees. The role will involve employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR data management, and recruitment support. You will also contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of employment legislation.
