A leading Jersey-based financial services organisation is seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance, Trust & Funds to lead the risk and compliance strategy across its trust and fund services operations. The successful candidate will provide senior oversight of regulatory, financial crime, and operational risk while maintaining strong relationships with regulators and key stakeholders. This role involves holding senior regulatory appointments where required and ensuring robust risk and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions. Working closely with the Board and executive leadership, you will identify emerging risks and drive effective governance and regulatory alignment.
