A professional services firm is seeking an experienced team member to support the management of a portfolio of corporate entities. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Arrange and process payments, with scope to become an authorised signatory ⭐ Prepare documentation for investment transactions such as fund subscriptions and redemptions ⭐ Monitor company cashflows across wider corporate structures ⭐ Complete reconciliations for bank accounts, investment portfolios and internal systems ⭐ Liaise with auditors, banks and investment professionals What you’ll need: ⭐ Around 5–10 years’ experience ⭐ Experience using accounting or portfolio management systems ⭐ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail ⭐ Good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office ⭐ Experience dealing with financial institutions or advisers ⭐ Exposure to company accounts preparation would be an advantage Why apply? ⭐ Varied role within a professional team ⭐ Opportunity to work with complex corporate structures ⭐ Supportive environment
