Provide company secretarial and governance support across the Group, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting the Board and senior management. Key responsibilities: ⭐ Advise the Board and senior management on governance, legal and regulatory matters ⭐ Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers and minutes ⭐ Maintain statutory registers, corporate records and authorised signatory lists ⭐ Ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory submissions ⭐ Support shareholder communications and coordinate AGMs/EGMs ⭐ Monitor governance requirements and support policy updates What you’ll need: ⭐ Professional qualification such as ICSA/CGP (or equivalent) ⭐ Around 7 years’ company secretarial experience in financial services ⭐ Strong knowledge of corporate governance and Guernsey company law ⭐ Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills Why join: ⭐ Senior role supporting Board-level governance ⭐ Opportunity to work across a multi-jurisdictional group ⭐ Collaborative environment with senior leadership exposure
