Working within the trust and fiduciary services industry, our team administers trusts and corporate structures for international clients. These structures help families and businesses organise, protect and transfer their wealth in a secure and compliant way. What Will You Do? As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience in: Providing administrative support to the Fiduciary Management Team, including filing, document management, and meeting preparation. Assisting with client-related tasks such as payment arrangements and database updates to ensure efficient service delivery. Handling ad hoc administrative duties and supporting team members during absences. Acting as a first point of contact for clients, preparing correspondence (letters, emails) with precision and professionalism. Learning and adhering to RBC’s policies, procedures, and compliance standards, including audit requirements. What Do You Need to Succeed? Must-Have Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent), with an interest in pursuing a professional qualification. A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook. Highly organised and confident managing your workload and deadlines independently. A proactive approach, a flexible mindset and a genuine team spirit. Clear, confident communication, whether you're writing it down or talking in through. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Familiarity with financial services or administrative roles (no prior experience required—we’ll train you!).
