As Risk and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the firm’s risk and compliance framework is effectively maintained and adhered to. You will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s approach to risk management by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the continued development of robust processes and controls. Responsibilities will also include monitoring day-to-day compliance activities, working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure regulatory requirements are clearly understood, and contributing to the design and delivery of training and guidance on compliance and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in an in-house or outsourced compliance role. A strong understanding of regulatory expectations and knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory environment is essential, along with a relevant professional qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
